i am trying to setup my email on my s3 but it kept on saying unable to connect to server even though i followed the instruction any idea on how to fix

We should be able to get your email up and running there. Can you please let me know which setup method you've gone with? (instructions can be found here: Setup Email on an Android Device)
Also, be sure that you've successfully enabled Remote Access on your account.
I tried both pop3 and microexchange and both failed
Alright. Can you confirm that Enabling Remote Access in Webmail is enabled please? In doing that we should also check that the password you're using works (when logging in to Webmail). If you still run into a problem after that, can you let me know the exact error message you're getting?
y does it go blank everytime i save on the remote access
ok i was able to save the remote access already an it is saying that "unable to connect to server"
Okay, can you please try deleting the account entirely from your S3 and then setting it back up from scratch? I'd recommend going with the Exchange/ActiveSync settings.
