I just want to say & Shaw will know who was involved. I have been having problems with my Gateway & internet, they sent a young man to my house this afternoon, I just have to say just how friendly & professional this gentleman was. Even tho he was unable to fix my problem due to other circumstances, he told me exactly what needs to be done after I free up access to the cable box @ the rear of my trailer. I also have the new cable that is need to correct the unstable signal. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he is a credit to Shaw & their tech services. Thank you. Angela Dodds, Surrey.
