I am so pissed. I have call shaw so many times to complain and fix my download speed. I have broadband 100 and I just don't know why but when 7pm to 2am comes, my download speed get to 7mbps on the average. But during the hour where everyone goes to work, I get freaky 80mbps. Does anyone have the same problem and how did you fix it. Shaw Tech only tells me to unplug modem etc and it still doesn't work. I have complained for nearly over a year. so I was wondering if anyone have the same issue and show I switch to Telus instead. I love the broadband speed during daytime but just hated it when it evening.
Does anyone knows if telus is better than shaw and is more consistant?
