Unable to login to Customer Centre for second day - any answers?
Are you getting a login error (eg incorrect password)?
I logged into my own Customer Centre account just now so the site is up and running.
But it's possible that when you tried those couple of times that there was an issue with the site. Are you able to log in now?
If you are still having issues, when you go to http://my.shaw.ca/CustomerCentre to log in, does it accept your password? Or does it let you log in and then goes to an error page?
I swear companies eliminate our pass words after a certain time. I have signed in many times to shaw secure then
4 days ago I could not do so. I reset my pass word and used my old one and once again I was able to signin.
Shaw must have known I would be checking after I got a price increase on my bill.
