I added my e-mail account to Outlook 2013 following your directions and it worked. But now I would like to add a second e-mail account to the Outlook 2013 software and it's not working. Is it not possible?
You can add a second email to Outlook 2013. From the Microsoft website itself, we found this great walkthrough on how to do so -

According to this page, if you want to add a second email account, click File > Account Settings to start the Auto Account Setup.
