Trying to add a email to my account but it will not show me my other accounts nor will it allow me to press the create button. What give.
When you access the Manage Email and Webspace section, does it show you the number of email addresses you have/in use, even though you don't see any listed? For example, 10/10?
If so, I would recommend that you first try from another browser to see if it still happens. If it does, try resetting your browser using the steps here, or if it's the same in all browsers, let us know and we can take care of it from our side.
Hi complexopposite. When you log into your Customer Centre account, are you still having issues creating a new email address? As shaw-matt suggested, are you maxed out already at 10 email addresses? And have you tried resetting the cookes and cache as per the link he provided?
As I stated to Andrew and Matt and now you Lance yes I am still having issues and no I have not maxed out my 10 email addresses. I only have two and yes I reset my cookies and cashe as suggested by Matt. I have given my account information to Andrew to look at it from his end and he says its not your end. So many problems with this shaw site is driving me to go to another company. If it's not resolved soon that's what I am doing.
And now I can't log into shaw customer care, this is so frustrating.
