Hi, all the channels say 'Authorization failed'. I have tried re-plugging the cable it's still not working. Help?

I can help out with this one. How long have you noticed this problem for?
I'm not clear on which cable(s) you've unplugged there, so let's try fully resetting the box again at your side, please. To do that - unplug the power and the coaxial cable from the box, wait a moment and then put it all back together. Also be sure that the coaxial connection goes directly from the wall to the HD box. If there is a splitter being used for another service that's okay, just let me know if that's the case.
Hi, Thanks for getting back so quickly! The problem has been going on for a week now. I did un-plug the cable wire which comes out of the wall and connects to the box several times.
