When I purchased my HP laptop computer, windows 8 was the resident operating system and since has been updated to 8.1. I had my 3 email accounts (1 being Shaw) all go to the email app(tile). For no apparent reason, just recently it happens that when I select the Shaw account, there is a message that pops up and states that my Shaw email account is not available! Both of the other non-Shaw email accounts are fine.
I have looked at the settings for the Shaw account and can not see anything that might cause the problem. I can access my Shaw webmail in the normal fashion through the internet browser.
