Hello, I recently switched to Shaw for my internet service.

I'm getting anywhere from 10-20% packet loss during the evenings. I talked to a Shaw customer service rep and I was told it was a known issue in my area.

The person I spoke to wasn't able to give me any indication as to how long this has been going on for, or an ETA as to when it might be resolved.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? and for how long?
