I received a new HDTV box a week ago because the old one didn't work. Now this one says Not authorized on all channels. Program guide still appears.
I haven't found the answer /fix in any posts.
I reached Shaw over the phone. Seems the worker who set up my HDTV box did not register the work order to my account. It worked for a week and is now working again. Take care.
Just to add: Resetting the HD box didn't help.
