I was unable to send Colin at SHAW a direct message, but was hoping to get this to him.
I found what may have been causing the strange reset of the DCX3510 parental controls settings, as well as some other intermittent glitches.
Just wanted to let you guys know, as I may have appeared a bit 'frustrated' with the new PVR's operation. These forums you guys provide arre fantastic, and I'd like to thank all customer service reps that have replied to my questions, etc, in the past.
Colin...if you would like I could let you know through direct message what I found. PVR seems to be operating not bad now...not as good as the old ones, but not bad.
