Periodic dropped packets

Hello;

 

I have been having issues with my internet for a while now.  Sporadically the latency will go up as well as dropped packets:

As 192.168.0.1 is dropping packets this suggest the cisco router correct?  IS there anyway to get a replacement/better router?
