Would you be able to clarify a little as to what's happening? Are you trying to order something specific, or something that's free for you such as Movie Central titles? Do you see an order option at all when you select an item to watch? What kind of cable box have you got?
This should help us figure out what's happening.
I'm fairly certain that certain SOD titles that are available for free are tied to if you subscribe to those channels. If they are Movie Central titles, you have to subscribe to the Movie Time channel. There is the possibility you don't subscribe to the SOD channel that the free title was in.
