When setting up outgoing mail on my Imac the SMTP shows as "(offline)" and messages go to outbox. How do I fix this?
What server settings are you using when creating the email address in Mac Mail? Hopefully that link will help; let me know!
I am using mail.shaw.ca with port 587
Using mail.shaw.ca over Port 587 will require Remote Access to be enabled. Can you please double check and make sure that part's been done?
