Sorry you've had trouble with both your Webmail and the Live Chat service today. When you try signing in to Webmail do you get any errors, or does the page just fail to go anywhere when you try to sign in?
Not being able to connect to Live Chat could be a browser issue, have you been able to use the Live Chat service before?
Hi Jeff. When I sign into the Webmail I get the error that my id/password is incorrect, even after I change the password.
I believe I have been doing this right, but maybe not???
As for Live Chat...no have not used LIVE CHAT before, but thought I would try it since I could not get into my webmail to see they could help me get into webmail.

Can you tell me more about where you ran into trouble connecting to Live Chat? After entering your info here, what happened next?
I went into Shaw by my emailed BILL. From my next bill, I clicked onto Customer Centre, entered my id and pword, then clicked onto WEBMAIL (upper right had side), entered what I believe to be the correct id information and the error
"authentication failed. Reenter username and password"...tried several times and tried with different id's and pwords that I've registered on shaw. From here, I clicked on "change password", it took me to Manage Email and Webspace and clicked on Change Password. Entered the new password TWICE and clicked update password.
As for LIVE CHAT..when on Shaw Customer Centre, there is a place to click on the LIVE CHAT area and entered the information requested. Now when I tried to use this the last time, nothing happened. I just tried it and for some reason, it was going straight to someone, so have no idea what happened there. I clicked out quickly so if you can't advise me as to a resolution to my webmail problem, I will try live chat again.
