Bad connection

I had cable, internet, and phone since August of 2013. I had nothing but problems with my shaw. 3-4times a week my services shuts off for 2-3hours in the evening and come back on. I had a technician come and check my cable because my remote was not working. It would freeze or shut off. I emailed shaw from the website and have not got any calls back once. I don't have time to call in I work and am a full time student. So emailing is convenient for me. thought shaw was great service but I was wrong. I am going back to Sasktel. I never had problems with them.
