Disruption to service at 11pm Saturday April 12.

Around 11pm yesterday I experienced my internet go down. I rebooted my system waiting 30 seconds before turning everything back on. The internet returned but my cable was and still is not functioning properly ie; A blank TV guide when I press guide on the remote. The HDPVR box goes to boot then OCAP then stays on APP. I have tried atleast 4-5 times to reboot the HDPVR box but still end up with the box saying APP. Is there anyway on my end to fix this?
