While I appreciate feedback from [shaw]colin from Jan 7 which also closed the main thread on the subject issue (see Known issue with DCX3400 - Resolution?) the issues is not going away - freezing and disconnecting of iomega expander continues. What are the next steps? What solution is Shaw going to offer to this long standing issue? What should I do - throw out the expander along with DCX3400 and cancel my services? Locking the previous thread is not a solution.
