My usernames and passwords for email and client care work fine via the web but neither work when I use the Shaw On Demand app. I use the app all the time and have not encountered this issue before. Is anyone else having difficulty?
When you said, 'via the web' are you meaning webmail and Online Customer Care?
Or vod.shaw.ca ?
Are you able to log into http://vod.shaw.ca? If you are, I would recommend simply removing and reinstalling the app, then giving it another shot.
