Picture froze, can get programme grid, but now unable to get any station. Is Shaw doing some work, or is the problem our end?
Morning popoki_iti, are you on Vancouver Island by chance? We have an alert up here, although we're hearing reports that it's resolved. If you're not on the Island though, I'd recommend that you first take a look at this document here and try a little troubleshooting to see if you can get things resolved.

same thing here in Victoria, but it's ok now. There should be an advertising on TV that you have a problem, before we have to try to disconnect and connect again......
Sorry you were affected there swican. We did put up a service alert here on our Community (www.shaw.ca/updates) and on the phone when you call in as soon as we discovered the issue. In total it lasted 27 minutes.
