A few months ago I had troubles with my old DPC3825 modem, where the internet would go down and not properly start back up. Shaw sent a technician to come replace the modem, but efforts to replace the modem with another DPC3825 did not work for whatever reason, he said something about it not properly activating. Instead, he replace the DPC3825 with the SMCD3GN. It seems to do it's job of at least getting me on the internet, but I notice occasional disconnects where I have to reset the modem or internet adapters on my computer to jog the internet on again. Even my Galaxy S3 gives me notices such as "Unstable connection" when connecting to my wifi. The latest in the trend is rubberbanding/lag on games.
So after months of issues... please give me back my DPC3825! Is it possible for me to arrange for this?
