We are located near Okotoks, AB and about 2 hours ago we lost our picture. I got the receiver refreshed so it's not that. Can you help?
I'm not aware of any outages in Okotoks right now. Is it 'one moment please' on every channel or only some?
And you wrote that you had your receiver refreshed. Did you phone in and one of our helpful call centre reps did a channel refresh for you? After they did this, did you see anything change on your receiver at all?
