We have been happy Shaw customers for long time until recently. Since I work from home from time to time, I prefer an upload speed at least 1Mbps.
The customer rep keeps telling me that I have to pay a lot to upgrade from 10Mbps to 25Mbps because we have a "granddaddy" plan. I don't think we're having a big discount from Shaw since bought our own Gateway equipment.
Recently, we got an offer from Telus. It not only saves us some money, but it at least gets me up to 5Mbps upload.
I hope Shaw can treat the loyal customer a little bit better.
