I KEEP LOSING MY INTERNET CONNECTION, WHEN I POWER DOWN MY SHAW MODEM, THEN POWER IT BACK UP, THE INTERNET COMES BACK ON. ALL OF THE CONNECTIONS ARE GOOD AND TIGHT. I HAVE TO DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.
Sorry to hear about the internet frustrations. Are you connected direct to the Shaw modem or do you have a router connected to the modem?
