I am having very difficult time removing my old phone and address information from Canada411. Almost a month ago after changing phone number to unlisted one the old number with name and current address is still listed at Canada411. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I had called Shaw several times and every CSR claims that request was sent and it may take weeks to a month to have this removed. Canada411 claims two days from time they receive removal request. Again, not acceptable, will be filing complaint with Canada Privacy Commissioner.
Perhaps some Shaw admins can help?
