So people have been reporting external drive disconnection and PVR freezing issues since 2011.....simple google search reveals this.
Shaw simply states we're collecting data and a fix is in the works.
Then, early 2014 one of the Shaw techs announces in this forum there is no fix, so we're shutting down the thread....we're tired of listening.
This sure smacks of big corporation interference saying screw the customer, we've got them on the hook by buying our garbage equipment.
SHAW - the problems still exist....FIx it!
