Hi Imee. I branched your post off from Speeds drops drastically... Why? as they are separate issues. The first was for your home internet while this is for Shaw Open.
Could we have more details on the issues that you're having? For example, is this on just one hotspot or have you tried more than one? Which device (or devices) are you having the issue with? Is the device or devices included in your Customer Centre account?

You said due to maintenance, yours isn't working well right now, is it possible that the maintenance is affecting the ShawOpen as well?
Just reading through it seems imeegrace is saying it didn't work at more than one location. So it seems more like single sign-on like Mark suggested or with the device registration.
