On channel 999 (if it exists on your terminal, DCX3510 I don't think it does...)

What programming is it you are currently trying? If it's TV, have you tried episodes of a different show?
If you haven't already, I'd recommend some of the basics to maybe try and reboot the On Demand connection or improve the signal.
