my gateway system is frezzing and black screen . try reboot and reset twice still have same problem. just started this morning.any ideals

Makes it pretty hard to watch TV for sure tiki99 but we can help you fix that.
Is this a problem on all of your Portals or just one? Have you tried resetting the Portal(s) themselves? Have you tried removing the power and then unscrewing the coaxial cable from both the Gateway and from the wall and screwing it back in to see if that helps?
If not, we can take a look from our side.
yes i have reset the portalsl will try the coax disconect tonight if it has not cleared up and yes all tv portal are afected with the frezzing issues.
Sounds good, hopefully it's just a poor coax connection but if not, we can try some options from here and book out a tech for you if we can't fix it remotely.
one more thing i also have 1 tv with just a regular hd reciver on it and it is fine.
If it's okay on your TV with the HD receiver, but fuzzy on all portals, it suggests that it is the coaxial connection to the Gateway. Unscrew the coaxial cable from the Gateway and screw it back on, and then do the same at the wall outlet, and let us know how it goes after that.
