The same error is coming up on all of the boxes
What model of digital box do you have?
Is this when you first try to enter video on demand or when ordering a title?
Have you tried rebooting the box by disconnecting the power?

Is the issue still occurring? The fact that it was happening on all of your boxes at the same time leads me to believe it may have been a temporary area issue. Hopefully it's working properly for you now, but if not please let us know!
