Even my Gateway?

why I'm so grounded? After that so frustrating maintenance timing with the tax deadline with out internet, That's so freakin sucks. Now, turn on my Gateway, all I see is blue screen with error message says. " contact Shaw" "network error.   please Shaw. I don't deserve this issues that comes one after another.

P!ease Help.

I can't recall any instance, missing paying my bill!!! Why I can't get a decent, consistent services Shaw?
