I have been trying to log onto my Shaw Go WiFi. I enter my user name and password accept the terms and then it keeps redirecting me to a page that says "error getting account information. Try again later"

I can take a look into this right away for you. The first thing I'd suggest trying is to login to your account, remove the device, and the reconnect at the hotspot (more info here)

Hi wielgan. Are you still getting this error message when trying to connect to Shaw Go Wifi? If you try to re-register your device at Shaw Go WiFi - Get Connected - Shaw.ca and then try to connect to a hotspot, do you have any success?
