"High Speed Internet 25mbps"

So, I'm paying $60.00 a month plus taxes on Shaws High Speed internet service which entails 25mbps Download, and 2.5mbps Upload.

Recently I've been testing the speed due to noticeable drops in service as well as lag.

Please explain why I'm paying for your 25mbps when my speed test clock it in at a shocking 1.53mbps Download and a whopping 0.41Mbps Upload??

This is completely unacceptable.

In fact why am I wasting my time posting this when I could be calling Telus?
