Shaw customer in Vancouver unable to connect

I recently changed the SMTP server settings on my wife's computer (laptop PC) as per the instructions given by Shaw eCare rep. She was having problems sending (not receiving) messages when away from home (i.e., using other people's wireless networks with her computer). So the rep gives me the instructions to "fix" the problem and signs off. Now we can't send or receive or get an Internet connection and I haven't been able to get any online help using my computer.

 

I would go back to the original settings, but don't remember what they were. Anyone?
