My Aeroplan newsletter is CONSTANTLY marked as Shaw suspected Junk Email , although it arrives in my Outlook Inbox anyway.

 

I just logged in to Webmail to see if there was a way I could mark it as NOT JUNK or a SAFE SENDER , but there doesn't seem to be that option. Is there any way for the user to customize the filters ?
