When I'm travelling, I can receive emails but can't send them. I have to use Shaw Webmail. How can I fix this?

You may be able to set up your device that you're using for email. Please take a look at the following document:
If you select your device/email client that you're using from that list, and set it up using the instructions provided (use the ones for "exchange" if available) it should work on non-Shaw internet connections while you are away from home.
