I have no picture or sound but the channel information and the guide work. I have unplugged everything including all cables and power. Any suggestions?
Any errors when you try go to go a channel? Sa00 for example?
Which model of terminal?
Can you open/browse the SOD lineup?
No error messages. Channel changing seems to function but I have the same result on each channel no picture or sound. The other tv work fine. Digital box is a DGT 700us (working an analogue tv). I never have been able to access sod on this tv (erro number 33319) fully functional tv guide however.
Do any of the menu's or guide show up? For example if you press "Guide" on the remote?

TThe guides function fine.
I'd get Shaw to reset it, to start, and for them to check the two-way communication in the process
