Since Shaw isn't able to provide a bundle in my area, we have decided to cancel our satellite service.
What form does Shaw require the notice to be given? and
What do I do with the satellite dish? I know the HDPVR belongs to me.

Usually I'd recommend just leaving the dish attached, so the holes stay plugged
