New shaw PVR, but there's no PVR option in the menu

We had troubles with our PVR, so a Shaw Tech came out and replaced our old one with the same model. He set it all up and left. Now we don't have a pvr option in our menu. We recorded a show, but the pvr button where we go to find our recorded shows isn't showing up. We have an expander, which is plugged in, so we unplugged it restarted and the button still doesn't show up.

 

The mode number is dc758d
