Stuttering signal

I have a Shaw Gateway with three portals. On one of my portals, the tv feed is stuttering. This happens on every channel. I checked the signal on my other portals and everything is fine. I tried unplugging the portal, reconnected all the cables, and then started it again, however the problem continues on this portal only.


I tried moving the portal to another but the problem remained. So the issue is clearly with this portal only. It makes every show look like I'm watching the Lego movie.


Does anyone know if this can be fixed, or can I bring it to the Shaw store downtown and have my portal swapped?


Any help that can be offered is appreciated.
