One of the gateway boxes is not communicating with the portal - can I just reset the one box not working?
there are multiple portals and only one gateway. I assume you mean one portal is not working with the gateway (from a communication standpoint). If so, yes you can reboot the portal.
You'll want to ensure you hold the reset button on the Portal for at least 6 seconds. Let us know if this works for you.
