Just noticed that I'm only seeing a week of inbox email on my iOs devices - checked them, they were set to a month, changed to unlimited. No change. Rechecked all set ups on my iPad and iPhone, seem good according to various articles here in Shaw support. As my Mac mail can only use POP access to Shaw, I finally checked WebMail using Chrome on my Mac - IT only shows 7 days!?! I can't find the setting in WebMail that drives that... Help, please.
UPDATE - this is NOT a Shaw issue. Found in OSX mail preference (account, advanced) that it was set to delete off the server after a week. Perhaps in a recent update to Mavericks it changed it from "never" ? Will wait a day or two and update this post again... Hope this helps someone else.
