Any deals for loyal shaw customers?
Getting upset for paying to much!
We've actually got a good discussion thread I'd recommend taking a look through here. It's certainly a discussion worth having and we are happy to have it as long as it stays constructive. We do have our Shaw Friends program that has a number of benefits and hopefully you can find value there. There are often options and discounts available for existing customers to try out a new service (premium channel packages, core services, etc) or an upgraded service as well.
If you are looking for a discount on your existing services, then that is changing our regular rate and not really fair for the other customers of Shaw. Sure, we could put other existing customers on this discounted rate, but then we are essentially changing our standard rate. We do have new customer promotions, but remember they are only for a brief time and are more aimed at trying out a service to see if it fits your needs. If you decide that the services you're receiving are what you are after and you choose to stick with that company, the regular service rates apply. With this in mind, if you find the services you are getting don't fit your needs then that's a totally different conversation we need to be having and I'll be happy to discuss how we could change you package to better fit what you need from your services!
I'd definitely recommend taking a look and joining in the conversation in the thread I linked (we do listen!) and joining in the conversation with any suggestions or systems you think would be fair from both a customer and business perspective. I'll also send you a direct message you can find in your Community Inbox if you'd like to discuss any changes you might like to make with regards to the services you are getting now.
We would like to eliminate the family package channel, add ktla and speed vision, perhaps a pvr
Just have one tv,and the basic internet package is good.
