I applied for a career with Shaw Media within the the field that I studied in college, and I have applied for multiple positions within their Media company where I imagined my skills would be of benefit to the company.
Each time i apply for a career within the company I receive a rejection letter back indicating that my skills do not match the selection criteria for the career posting.
I would hope that Shaw would find a nicer way or procedure than rather send potential applicants a rejection letter each time.
A rejection letter is a bit disheartening to receive each day in your inbox.
