Trying To log in shaw open, however always said incorrect email and/or password. Don't know why?
A good first step is to click on webmail and confirm if you are able to log into your email account. This will make sure that the password is correct and that your email address is active.
Next, you will have to register your device. If the Shaw Open app is having difficulties with that, other options are to add your device by logging into your Customer Care account or by adding the info required at Shaw Go WiFi - Get Connected - Shaw.ca.
