For the last ~48 hrs (starting the afternoon of May 26), internet service in Harvie Heights has been intermittent and/or spotty. On Monday afternoon, connections were not possible; by late evening, it had improved to be intermittent. Since then, there are "pulses" of connectivity of 2-4 minutes, then service drops for 2-4 minutes and no connectivity is possible.
TV and phone service is not affected.
There are no service alerts for this issue. Any guesses as to a resolution timeframe?
