When I send an email to a "group" from my iPad, I get individual bounce backs for each address in the group stating that message is not deliverable. However, the messages do reach the individuals. Then one of the members in the group cannot "reply to all" from her iPhone. She receives a message stating that such and such is not a valid address. The address not valid is usually the first one in the group list. That individual though has received my message. I have deleted the group and recreated it reorganizing the order of the addresses in the group and it makes no difference. I still get the bounce backs and my friend still gets a message saying that such and such is not a valid address. Any ideas? Is this a thing between Shaw and Apple software?
I used Shaw Webmail for my email account. Thank you.
