When will we be able to log into the gateway app? The app says the user name and password is unrecognized. Very frustrating.
There were issues earlier svader, but they should be resolved now. I'll look into it and get back to you if we need to do some troubleshooting with your account.
Looks like the app should be fine. Are you able to log into the Customer Centre on a computer at www.shaw.ca/occ? Let me know if that works for you.
I can sign on to my account - just did that, but I still cannot get on the Gateway App on my iPhone. "The username and password for this account is not recognized" is the message I receive on my phone. Looks like I need a little more help.
Thanks for checking that. What we're seeing is that recreating your Customer Centre account may fix it. Can you give that a try? You would do that by going to the main Customer Centre site, clicking Create An Account and following the prompts. The downside to this is that you'll need to pick a new username, but the upside of course is that this should hopefully allow you to sign into the Gateway app properly.
I got it to work. I have changed my login to customer care. Do i need Shaw to get rid of the old login or does that matter
Nice! No worries about your old username, it'll expire eventually. Just use your new one going forward.
