I can not record a show I get an error message stating
A conflict occurered when scheduling
Yet it works on My Ipad

I reset my I-phone back to day one and reinstalled app all working

A couple suggestions here to get around this:
Which version of iOS are you running on the phone?
using I-phone software 7.1.1
Tried all you stated still getting the same
even removed it from both devises and reinstalled on Iphone only still same error
Can only get to work on mi I-pad
Does it happen on all programs or just that one?
And which program are you trying to record? please include date and time slot and we will run a test here.

ended up resetting my phone back to factory settings and the app works great

hello, having both apps opened is ok. That won't cause this conflict.
can you ensure that your default recording settings in both apps are set to "keep until space is needed" for the keep until setting.
