I'm having trouble accessing my Shaw email in Outlook 2010 on a corporate network. Anybody have any advice? I tried the suggested settings on the Shaw website, but no luck with that.
In the Outlook 2010 setup document, are you following Configuration 1 (for a desktop) or Configuration 2 (for a laptop)? You will need to follow the second configuration even if you are not using a laptop as this is the setup needed when you are on a network other than your Shaw home connection.
If this is the setup you followed, can you provide any error messages you are seeing when try to send/receive?
Hey zrjohnny, are you still having issues receiving your @shaw.ca emails? Which error messages are you seeing? And are you able to successfully log into webmail?
